  1. Save .m4r to Files. Download The Ringtone Cutter App to export any local music files to .m4r for your iPhone custom ringtone—no Mac or iTunes needed.
  2. Open GarageBand and tap the + 1 icon. GarageBand add new project for iOS ringtone
  3. Scroll Audio Recorder and tap Voice 2. GarageBand Voice for custom ringtone iPhone
